Welcome

These terms govern your use of Wordagio (“the Game”), operated by Dapter, LLC (“we”, “us”). By playing Wordagio or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You may play anonymously or create a registered account. If you register, you are responsible for keeping your password secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission.

In-Game Economy

Credits, XP, word claims, royalties, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside of Wordagio. We may adjust balances, pricing, or the economy at any time.

Fair Play

You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the game. You agree not to exploit bugs for unfair advantage — if you find one, please report it. We reserve the right to reset scores, revoke claims, or ban accounts that violate fair play.

Content

Wordagio uses a dictionary that includes common English words. Some words may be considered offensive. We do our best to flag and categorize words by content rating, but we cannot guarantee that every word in the dictionary will be appropriate for all audiences.

Player-chosen handles and display names must not contain hate speech, slurs, or impersonation of other people. We may change or remove handles that violate this rule.

Availability

Wordagio is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the game running, but we don’t guarantee uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. When you delete your account, your personal information is scrubbed. Game history (scores, words played) remains in aggregate statistics but is no longer associated with your identity.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wordagio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We’ll note the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
